Morpho Leadership Development was founded by Corinne Bendersky, Ph.D., Management and Organizations Professor at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, Faculty Director of the Human Resources Round Table at UCLA (HARRT), and an internationally recognized expert in Team Effectiveness, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Conflict Management.

Dr. Bendersky consults for private and public sector organizations to apply her cutting-edge academic expertise to help address the challenges they face.

 

She has developed a unique training program — based on her own research — for fire departments, including the L.A. County and the L.A. City Fire Departments.
